How do you source your charms?
All of our charms are repurposed from authentic designer hardware. They have had lives as everything from zipper pulls on handbags & cosmetic pouches, buttons on clothing, charms from beauty items, and more. We work with suppliers who specialize in vintage resale broadly, as well as vintage buttons specifically to ensure authenticity.
What is gold filled jewelry?
Gold filled jewelry is created by chemically bonding a thick layer of gold to an interior base metal (brass in our case). This thick outer layer of gold allows for a tarnish-free finish, as well as skin sensitivity safety. We use gold filled materials for long-lasting pieces that allow us to provide you a more budget-friendly price tag than solid gold.
How long is the processing period?
Orders are processed 1-2 business days after payment, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
When can I expect my order?
As a small business, we do our best to process and ship orders next day. However, standard shipping within the United States ranges from 3-5 business days from processing, and express shipping (US) has a 3-day delivery guarantee from processing. With either shipping selection, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
What if I’d like to make a return?
If you need to make a return, please do so within 14 days of delivery using the return label included in your order. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
